Bio:

Dr. Rongkuan (Frank) Hu is the Founder and CEO of Starna Therapeutics, a biotechnology company pioneering innovative mRNA-based therapeutics. With extensive experience in RNA therapeutics, he has advanced multiple programs from discovery to clinical trials. He has authorized over 60 patents and scientific papers. He earned his Ph.D. from USTC, completed postdoctoral training at UT Southwestern, and holds an Executive MBA from CEIBS.
